One of the main objectives of documenting the research of the desert adapted lion,elephant and the black rhino in Namibia is to create a wider understanding and tolerance among the communities of the north west and through this connection get closer to a state of co-existence. One of the desired outcomes would be a reduction or avoidance of the killing of live stock and an end to the killing of lion and rhino in the Namib Desert.

Producing environmental awareness films and documenting the stories of the many people behind this, ensures that the efforts today are preserved and channeled into the mainstream acceptance and benefit of our future generations. All time, services and money donated to the Conservation Film Foundation is therefore tangibly represented, traceable and visible to all contributors for generations to come.
The reality is that producing films costs a fair amount of money. Fortunately, investing into any CFF programme is collectively investing into an essential global message forfar-reaching and lasting impact. Not everyone is in the position to create environmental films, but many wish to participate in our productions by providing logistical support, fieldwork and providing much needed funding. Because our films are largely funded by public donations or grants, they are available for distribution and sharing in the public domain.
We need YOU to support our mission to create global awareness of the plight of endangered wildlife in Namibia.
It is our aim to reconcile humans with nature, and creating a support network to further a clearer understanding and appreciation of natural environments.
Our small team has already produced an unparalleled 66 Covid Chronicles Episodes during May 2020 – October 2020, with our production partners Ultimate Safaris, availbal efor all to see on Travel Channel Namibia.
For as little as the price of one chocolate bar, we can post and boost another short conservation awareness video on social media.
With as much as short weekend trip away we can produce another 3 minute conservation video here in Namibia.
